“Society’s chains bind tight,
Men’s emotions locked from sight.
Expected strength, a heavyweight,
Silent struggles, a constant fate.
Their hearts, a cauldron of pain,
Longing to express, to break the chain.
But norms dictate, “Be strong, be bold,”
Leaving them lonely, with emotions untold.
Their tears, like rain, fall in the night,
Unseen, unheard, a sorrowful plight.
Their voices, whispers in the wind,
Yearning for freedom, for emotions to mend.
Let us break free from these suffocating norms,”
